They then had to wait for over 8 minutes to receive those drinks, waiting for one of the girls to stop talking about a boy. 8 minutes is a long time to wait for 3 frozens drinks, EXPECIALLY since it was dead quiet and end of the night.
To add to this experience the drinks were half filled, one was filled to the top and the lid would had easily went on, the girl then tipped it out, wasting the product, aswell as our time.
They need to train their workers, just because it is holiday season doesn't mean they can be rude and blatantly disrespectful to the customers. Ignoring my kids while talking about boys is just plain rude, save it for when you are not at WORK.October 18, 2016
